Okay, now is the moment you have been waiting for. We're about to hear a fantastic group called
Group Saloum with Lameen Tore. This is a group that plays different kinds of music, but primarily
influenced by Senegalese music and Mbalac, a new kind of music which I just heard of this week,
but it's fantastic. I took a listen online and you're going to really enjoy this band. I hope
you get up and dance. Now before they play, I would just like to say briefly this festival is
sponsored by the Somerville Arts Council. We are a primarily volunteer organization,
